The Wellness Experience


Our holistic wellness retreats are designed to work with mind, body and soul in beautiful surroundings to restore energy and life balance.  They provide an opportunity to slow down from life’s normal busy pace and immerse in a weekend of mindful relaxation and learning. The retreats will give you a true holistic wellness weekend and with a minimum number of 5 guests/maximum number of 14, it allows for a really special experience, with Bex, Kath & the wellness team.


The load that we carry isn’t what breaks us down, it’s how we carry it, that matters. Stress is unavoidable in today’s society. Science shows us that an overload of stress on the mind, body and soul ultimately leads to illness. Our one day workshops with Bex and Kath are designed to help you identify how stress is affecting your life and teach you how holistic wellbeing will help you overcome it.


Our private 1-2 hour seminars with Bex and Kath focus on giving you a snapshot of holistic health and teach you tools to use in your life to reduce stress and get more out of every day. Our yoga classes are intended to cater to all levels of experience. We offer flow vinyasa classes to get your body moving and to build strength, and also restorative yin classes to quieten down your nervous system, leaving your mind and body relaxed and calm. Massage is not just a simple back rub, nor is it just a “luxury” or occasional “treat.” Research tells us that massage therapy is a valuable component of a well-rounded healthcare regimen, combating everything from chronic pain to the negative effects of stress, improving circulation, energy and alertness, as well as lowering heart rate and blood pressure. Each massage is personalised to cater to your needs and requirements using a variety of massage techniques from Deep Tissue, Pressure Points, Lymphatic Drainage and Thai massage.

Chi Nei Tsang is a stomach massage that Kath offers. This massaging technique was developed following Traditional Chinese Medicine’s principles that assert emotional blockages are physically hosted in our body.  This means, the way we feel and your emotions provokes physical pain, so this treatment intends to free your organs from pain and in return will help heal you.


You are what you eat, it’s really that simple, and to further emphasize the mantra of a healthy mind in a healthy body, all events are catered with a variety of plant-based meals, and the best part is that not only will each of these refreshments satisfy your nutritional requirements but we’ve also ensured that each one is packed full of delicious and exciting flavors. Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas make the body sweat at lower temperatures than conventionally heated saunas, so the heat is more tolerable, making the experience both enjoyable and relaxing. The heat penetrates deeply, increasing blood circulation, relaxing muscles and alleviating aches and pains while detoxing the body. They can be used to assist you with a wide variety of health concerns including stress, poor sleep, chronic pain, weight loss and skin appearance.
